1) What is My Account?

If you register with us as a customer,you will be able to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account". You can

  • manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • change your password
  • track the status of your orders and much more

2) How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). We will send a confirmation mail for your   order,  to the email address associated with your order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference and a listing of the item/s you have ordered .

3) Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but please use the 'Add to Wish List' feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale .

4) Is it necessary to have a CosmixStores account to shop?

Though it is not mandatory to have an account to shop and purchase items, it is recommended to have one. You can shop as a guest user by providing your email ID.

5) How do I pay for a purchase?

Currently we offer Cash On Delivery(COD) for selected pincodes throughout India and Bank Transfer option .We will soon enable more payment options like Credit cards/Debit Cards/Net Banking .

6) How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with us. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

7) When and how can I cancel an order ?

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state. You can do so by sending us an email via our Contact Us Form with the order number.

8) What are the delivery charges?

We provide free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs.500/- or more. Otherwise Rs.70/- is charged for delivery.

9) How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

10) Are there any hidden costs like taxes etc?

Dont worry,there are no any extra taxes or hidden costs.The price mentioned on the website is inclusive of all taxes.So what you see is what you pay.Enjoy your shopping :) .

11) How can I track the delivery of my order?

All items are delivered through reputed courier partners .You will be provided a Tracking ID for your order by the respective courier service provider.
